I just bought a laptop with wireless capabilities but I have at&t for my internet provider. It is a modem that is connected into my computer. How would I get this internet onto my laptop?

At the moment I use Internet Explorer 8 and Norton 360. I have tried Google Chrome and Firefox and I think that Google Chrome is the fastest, the problem is that Google Chrome don’t allow you to have a Norton toolbar which is extremely important to me as all my online passwords are saved on identity safe.
