She is ever with us, may you feel Her Darshan… “Sri Anandamoyi Ma (1896 – 1982), also called Anandamayi Ma, was a spiritual teacher (Guru), saint and a mystic from Bengal, and hailed as one of prominent mystics of the 20th century. “Anandamayi Ma was born Nirmala Sundari on 30 April 1896 to Bipinbihari Bhattacharya and Mokshada Sundari Devie in Kheora, Brahmanbaria District, British India, in what is now Bangladesh. [She] experienced the presence of divine power in herself since childhood and went into a trance (Bhava) on hearing kirtans. “At the age of thirteen, in 1908, she was married to Ramani Mohan Chakrabarti of Vikramapura, who she called Bholanath and pitaji. She spent 5 years after her marriage at her brother-in-law’s home, where she was in a trance-like state much of the time. It was a celibate marriage because whenever thoughts of sexuality occurred to him, Anandamoyi’s body would take on the qualities of death and she would grow faint. “In 1918, they went on to live in Bajitpur, where she became famous for her beauty. Here they stayed till 1924, while Nirmala went deeper into her trances. On the full moon night of August 1922, at midnight, 26-year old Nirmala went through the actions of spiritual initiation – all by herself. Members of Bholanath’s family did not respond to his wife’s strange behavior as calmly as he did. While his relatives suggested he remarry, he became her first disciple in 1922. “Nirmala moved to Shahbag with her husband in 1924, where …

The experience of studying overseas is rife with opportunities for academic and personal development. To garner the greatest results from the experience, though, it’s important to select a university with strong academic credentials and a competitive course of study.

Whether your preference is to study in Australia, New Zealand or Fiji, the university systems of this region more than meet these requirements. Additionally, there are many study abroad programs from which to choose. Students may decide to study in New Zealand or other locations for a shorter-term summer program, a semester, a year or even for the duration of a full degree program. For those seeking to round their academic qualifications even more, there are even internship programs from which to choose. The wide selection of programs makes it easy to meet almost any academic or scheduling goals.

What Are the Benefits of Studying in Australia, New Zealand or Fiji?

Most study abroad programs share basic benefits. These programs are a distinctive addition to college applications and resumes. Electing to study in New Zealand, Australia or Fiji carries these additional benefits for students:

•Exposure to a rich and diverse culture – Classroom experience as well as downtime in a study abroad program provides numerous opportunities to experience diverse cultures, traditions and social norms. In addition, the cultures and history of these nations share similarities with that found in North America. As a result, students gain the cultural insight afforded by international travel while enjoying the commonalities of our shared heritage. Students studying in Australia or throughout the South Pacific obtain a broadened perspective on the world as well as a more grounded perspective of their place in it.

•Outstanding educational opportunities—The region boasts internationally recognized degree programs and a world class university system. Students enrolling in study abroad program in Australia, New Zealand or Fiji are privy to some of the finest courses of study in an established, respected academic setting.

•No language obstacles — Since English is the predominant language in the region, extensive language study is not a prerequisite of study in Australia, New Zealand or Fiji. Classes are taught in English, and coursework and testing is done in English. Students are free to focus on soaking up the experience rather than worry about the accuracy of translating it.

•Breathtaking surroundings – One of the more striking benefits of choosing to study in New Zealand, Australia or Fiji is exposure to some of the most unique surroundings on the planet. Whether you are drawn to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, volcanoes in New Zealand or the pristine landscapes of Fiji, the region offers students the finest of educations in an unforgettable setting.

This is one of the finest Classical Persian Music perfomed by Farhang Sharif فرهنگ شریف (The distinguished Tar player) together with an excellent song of IRAJ ایرج, the Mejesty. Farhang-e Sharif: the Unique virtuoso Master Farhang Sharif فرهنگ شریف , born in 1931 in the town of Amol آمل in Iran, learned music when he was only 4 years old under the influence of his fathers teaching music and his association with the great figures of music, especially Abdol-Hossein Khan Shahnazi عبدالحسین خان شهنازی (brother of Ali-Akbar Khan Shahnazi علی اکبر خان شهنازی ). When he was only twelve, he started his first successful solo performance in a live radio program and following that program, he accompanied the singers as a solo player in the radio program, named Golhâ گلها . He has had performances with Roohangiz روح انگیز , Taj تاج , Gholam Hossein Banan غلامحسین بنان , Iraj اﯾﺮج , Shjarian سیاوش شجریان , Mahmoudi Khansari محمودی خوانساری and others. He has introduced the instrument of TAR تار (PERSIAN INSTRUMENT) to the world by attending in a few international festivals of music including Berlin Music Festival فستیوال موزیک برلین . His first solo accompaniment was with Mahmoudi Khansari محمودی خوانساری , Shajarian سیاوش شجریان and Golpayegani گلپایگانی ; Golpayeganis first song was composed by him too. Maestro Fahang Sharif held also teaching classes in The University of Chicago دانشگاه شیکاگو and The University of Maryland دانشگا مریلند in USA. استاد فرهنگ شریف میگوید: چهارساله …

Every single college student should study abroad. Seriously. It’s a once in a life time opportunity to immerse yourself entirely in another country. While abroad you will live, work, learn and play in a totally new and foreign environment.

Here are the top five reasons why you should travel abroad:

1. Exposure

The college experience is all about exposure to new things. In college, you are introduced to new perspectives, lifestyles and choices. Your exposure to these new ideas, identities and incidents will shape your own view of the world in ways you can’t completely calculate. If you have the opportunity to expose yourself to another country, you have to take it. Immerse yourself in this new cultural experience, and embrace difference.

2. Language development

There is no better way to learn a language than traveling abroad. When you travel abroad, you never turn off your language skills. You are forced to employee what you know on a daily basis. Your vocabulary, pronunciation and overall comfort-level can’t help but improve in such an environment. And unlike classroom learning, the language skills you will pick up while living abroad aren’t easily forgotten. Your language abilities are imprinted with practical functionality, so they tend to stick in your mind longer.

3. Add variety to your academic experience

Four years at the same institution can lag a bit. You have to mix it up when it comes to your academic development. Trying new things and taking classes outside of your comfort zone is always recommended. Physically removing yourself from your own country creates an interesting learning opportunity. You aren’t sidetracked by the typical distractions. You work hard and learn more, because it’s a more exciting and streamlined learning environment.

4. Networking

You always hear how college is all about networking. What’s cooler than having an international member in your network of associations? Imagine traveling back to the place where you studied abroad, after about ten years have passed. Wouldn’t it be nice to meet up with your local contact, who you’ve kept in touch with through the years. Friends in foreign places can come in handy in a variety of situations. Having a friend with a different perspective is a good idea, but having a friend based in another country is brilliant.

5. Travel while you learn

When you travel abroad, you get to travel! While in total school mode, you can still do fun touristy things like explore museums, architecture, places of historical interest and so on. Traveling abroad lets you play while you work, because as soon as you are out of class, you are in full discovery mode. Embrace every travel opportunity that comes your way, especially one where you are guaranteed to learn.

You owe it to yourself to travel abroad. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity that’s available for a limited time only. Take full advantage of it while you still can.

I intend to get my MA and possibly PhD in Clinical Child Psychology. Right now I’m still an undergrad. My psych professors talk about rat labs, their experiences with them in grad school, etc. daily. All things involving animal testing, experimenting, unnatural observation, etc. are COMPLETELY against my belief system. I will not do it, no matter what. There are alternatives to most, if not all, animal use requirements in higher education. What I need to know is how much I should expect to encounter throughout my college education in psychology. If it will involve a lot I may not be able to side step it and I’ll need to change my major.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

A task involved in your coaching program is giving homework assignments. In a coaching program lesson, you can explain concepts that apply to each student’s niche market. On the phone or during a webinar, however you are sharing, teaching your lesson, a student may sound like he or she understands the concept. In order to make sure that the student understands the concept, you assign homework. The homework directly relates to the lessons teaching us. If the student really understands the lesson, they will follow through with the homework assignment. The students that are dedicated and committed to achieving their business goals will complete the homework assignment.

In today’s competitive scenario, everyone is trying to excel and make his own identity. In order to excel you have to multi-tasking. We all are trying to learn different things simultaneously. Today, students have a very a hectic schedule and they can’t devote their full time and energy to their math assignment and other writing assignments. This is a matter of concern not only for the students but also for their parents. They too are feeling stressed because of the assignment pressure. If a student miss a lecture then it would be difficult for him to complete the assignment in the given time period. The problem gets major when they find nobody to help them out professionally. As a result, they lose interest in that particular subject.

In order to guide the students in educating them round the clock, a new technology has launched — popularly known as E-education. It is basically a type of online tutor who will help you in resolving all your queries regarding your education.
Fixing a Time Table

Parents should set aside a few hours daily to help their children with their home assignments. This can be done by analyzing their daily work schedule. The number of hours you wish to give to your child depends on his learning needs, his age, type of assignments, level of difficulty and of course, your working hours. Some children might be more productive in the evenings, while others might show more efficiency after an hour of sports. Outdoor activities such as music classes, dance classes, and tennis lessons also take a lot of time. Though all these are crucial for the all-round development of your child, these should not interfere with his homework time.

Choosing the right place

It is important that you choose the right place for your child’s study. Many parents spend more time and money on making the study area fancy. This, however, is not at all important. A study room should be well lit, clean, airy and most important, quiet.

Getting rid of Distractions

Distracting elements like loud music, television, and living room should not be close to the study area. Telephone calls should be avoided by all means during your child’s study time, unless urgent. Some children work efficiently with some kind of background music. The important thing is to analyze different aspects that can make your child more productive.

My responses to this topic will include the most honest reflection of those experience-based and observation-based biases that I can offer. Our role as a counselor is to demonstrate genuineness by being transparent, showing unconditional positive regards like accepting caring, valuing & respecting and to convey a deep level of understanding.

We know to help a student choose a college is a big decision either nationally or globally, Like any other product or service it is important to be smart consumer when choosing the university Abroad. We should sit on one to one basis and motivate the students to take up studies abroad by indulging the knowledge and value of graduation from a foreign university. Before we give them the information we must know the country, weather, lifestyle and very importantly the universities ranking, eligibility criteria, fees structure, scholarship, accommodation etc. We can cater to the students according to the eligibility. Apart from this we can ask coordinate with their parents to discuss on their child’s career, by showing testimonial, our website details promising words about the guidance through visa stamping and post landing services and so on.

Giving the information, where a university stands in the pecking order of higher education is a vital piece of information for any prospective student, but the quality of the course is what matters most. The most modest university may have a center of specialist excellence and even leading universities have average departments. As a counselor we should discover the skills, interests, values and issues seem to be recurrent in students looking for their careers to study in UK, USA, Australia, Canada and other countries. By learning in a variety of settings such as content focused, experimentally based, interactive, supportive, informal and highly structured we can select the features that best fit career goals with some systematic observation

Counseling offers a unique opportunities to be a part of an experiment in learning & guiding. Dedicated towards the idea of counseling about studying abroad, be sure to consider a search, where website is a good place to begin. We should take a course work facilitated by exceptional university & program which gives more information.

While suggesting the university we should clearly see to the previous background of their education. We should determine what type of university the students are looking for,

Determine what type of program they would like to choose, determine what best would suit their personal, Academic & financial profile or parameters.

Beyond this our service & program should promote personal/social, educational & career development of students, it should provide a range of guidance/counseling from development focus to a responsive/remedial focus. Counseling can serve as a guide or checklist for a person wanting to acquire or to enhance the skills in their career. Theory and knowledge considered essential for profession engaging in career counseling in understanding, evaluation & conducting research.
